"As a freshman in college I was going through a huge culture shock. I found myself very overwhelmed trying to balance school, work, church, and personal life. Being that Kenice is also a college student who has a life, job, and church responsibilities, I went to her seeking help. One thing that Kenice told me was to begin to write things down.
